For sure need to get the humidity up, at least to 50%. If all you are using is the root riot in clay pellets you may have to set it to water for 4 to 5 times per day at 15 minute duration. Expanded clay pellets don't hold water for very long. I use 3" rockwool cubes in clay pellets and only have to water 3 times per day at 15 minute duration.
